1-	Fix some bugs when case sensitive option is enabled: Lock gestion, filter creation (through HMI or Web Services)
2-	Fix some bugs on Web Services sheet import. The import result is now correct.
3-	New Web Services functionality: It is now possible to specify a final state with different transitions during the sheets imports. It is also possible to define a list of extensions points to exclude, so that these are not executed during import.
